| 20. Can I cancel my service agreement? To ensure your complete satisfaction we provide a 30 day full refund policy provided you have not made any claims on the warranty. Should you feel this warranty is not right for you simply write “void” on your contract and mail it back to us. After the first 30 days you may cancel your policy at any time, provided you have not made any claims, and you will be refunded the pro-rated unused portion of your warranty coverage. After the first 30 days there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee in addition to any cancellations fees outlined in your contract. Please be aware that some warranty companies do not allow cancellations after the first 30 days. Product warranties cannot be canceled after 30 days or after product has been used. Review your warranty contract carefully to determine cancellation options, procedures, and fees. |
