may refer to "warranties" or "extended
warranties", the policies obtained from AA
Auto Protection are vehicle service contracts.
A vehicle service contract (VSC) is often referred
to as an “extended warranty,” but
it is not a warranty. A VSC does, however, provide
repair coverage for your vehicle after the manufacturer’s
warranty expires. A VSC is a contract between
you and a VSC provider or administrator that states
what is a covered repair and what is not. AA Auto
Protection is a marketer of VSCs and does not
sell warranties. VSCs sold by AA Auto Protection
are agreements between consumers and third party
VSC providers, not AA Auto Protection.

My first experience with a claim
was this week and I wanted to give a recap and
ultimately a testimonial to your company. The
“check engine” light came on and I
took my 2007 Jeep to a Jeep dealer near my home.
When I informed them that I had an aftermarket
warranty they were a little skeptical and stated
that I would be responsible for the repair if
it wasn’t covered. Once the problem was
diagnosed I called the claims dept and was informed
that the service manager from the dealer needed
to call and inform them of the repair needed as
well as the estimate to do the repair.
There was a little bit of “phone tag”
between the claims dept and the service manager
so I called one of the supervisors at the claims
dept and stated that this was my first experience
with a claim and could he please call the dealer
and get this claim started with no further delay?
He said he would and within 30 minutes the service
manager called and said that the repair was approved!
I called the dealer repair shop the following
day and they stated that the car was completed
but they were waiting for the warranty company
to pay the bill. Again since it was my first experience
I called the payment dept and asked if there was
any hold up and the person that I spoke to assured
me that they usually process and pay within 20
minutes. Before I could hang up the phone the
service manager from the dealer was calling me
to inform me that my warranty company had paid
the claim and I was “ready to go.”
I am VERY impressed with your company and the
warranty I purchased! I would HIGHLY recommend
your company to anyone looking to buy a warranty.
Buying a warranty online is a bit scary but the
result speaks VOLUMES!
I avoided an expensive repair bill by contacting

Corey... just a short note to state
my complete satisfaction with AA Auto Protection
and the extended auto warranty that I purchased
for my son's 2005 Mazda 6 last year. He did have
an issue with the transmission, and your company
handled this very efficiently, supplying the repair
shop with a low mileage used transmission that
was installed in the vehicle and is performing
to his complete satisfaction. I was very glad
that I purchased this policy from your company,
and am currently considering purchasing one for
my wife's vehicle, which will be out of manufactuurer's
warranty shortly.

I bought an AA AutoWarranty - AA
Auto Protection for my 2004 Murano in August of
2008 for $1395.00. The warranty was in effect
until I traded the Murano in March 2010. I had
several occasions to use the warranty service.
Including a suspension repair of $400, a mirror
repair of $200 and a tow for $75. AA’s response
was always quick and friendly with never any hesitation
to pay. Of particular note was their response
when my car suddenly died during a heavy rain
storm. I was stranded in the middle of the road
at an intersection and needed a tow quickly. AA’s
service person worked quickly and diligently to
get me a tow at the allowed price. When that became
impossible, he kept calling me back with updates
and options. He finally got me a fair price and
good service from a towing company. Well done!
The amazing thing to me was that when I canceled
the warrant, I received a $517.00 refund!
I plan on buying another warranty from AA Auto
Protection. I have recommended them to friends
and family. My sister is currently a pleased customer
of AA Auto Protection too!
By the way, I am an ex-mechanic and currently
a mining engineer.

Dear Troy,
Just wanted to express my feeling on what you
personally did for me....that legally you did
not have to do....by extending me a refund on
the unused time we had on our AA Auto Protection
that we had on my wife's 2001 BMW 525i.....
You will never know how much this means to my
wife and I.... I promise never say any bad things
about AA Auto Protection in the future... In fact,
you people have moved to the top of my list on
people I rather do business with in the future...

When researching auto warranty coverage's
I was impressed by the wealth of information provided
by the AA Auto Warranty representative. Not only
did AA Auto Warranty provide the most competitively
priced policy, they also gave me the information
needed to make an educated purchase. Customer
service rep was very helpful at explaining the
different coverage's and finding a policy that
would fit my needs. I now have peace of mind that
I will not be confronted with a financial crisis
should an unexpected problem occur with my car.

We bought a AA Auto warranty 1yr.
ago and haven't had any problems using it. It
was accepted at the Chysler dealership in our
area, no problem. The customer service dept. was
very helpful too when we needed assistance using
it for the 1st time.
