I purchased a Warranty, and as luck would have
it, I had a problem with my vehicle two months
after purchasing the warranty. I took the car
to my local dealer and asked them if they would
work with your company regarding the warranty.
The dealer had never heard of your company and
was skeptical about dealing with you (they generally
only work with GM warranties). Well, to make
a long story short, my car needed about $700
in repairs, your adjuster approved it quickly,
and my car was repaired to my satisfaction by
the dealer. When I asked the service manager
how the warranty process went, he told me that
it went great and he was surprised how easy
it was to work with your company! I purchase
a new used car every couple of years, and needless
to say, I will be purchasing all my warranties

I don't write these testimonials but I would just
like to thank your company for saving me from
a needless overcharge. Last week I brought my
Jeep Grand Cherokee in to fix an airbag problem
to the local Jeep dealer. After a couple of hours
the service manager called and told me that the
cost of the repair was going to be $335.00 to
fix the clock spring in the airbag. He told me
that my extended warranty company didn't fix those
types of repairs and pressured me into giving
him the ok to fix it. Once I told him I was going
to call the claims department, he claimed that
normal extended warranty companies don't fix airbag
items, said that I was wasting my time, and that
I was going to wait at least 45 minutes to speak
to a live voice. I called and was speaking to
Scotty in Claims in less than 3 rings. Scotty
informed me it was covered and that my dealer
was trying to overcharge me. The actual cost came
out to around $140. I hope that I don't have to
use this warranty in the future but if I have
to it will be one less thing to worry about. I
will be buying your warranties in the future.
