"Normally I don't write these testimonials but I would just like to thank your company for saving me from a needless overcharge. Last week I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to fix an airbag problem to the local Jeep dealer. After a couple of hours the service manager called and told me that the cost of the repair was going to be $335.00 to fix the clock spring in the airbag. He told me that my extended warranty company didn't fix those types of repairs and pressured me into giving him the ok to fix it. Once I told him I was going to call the claims department, he claimed that normal extended warranty companies don't fix airbag items, said that I was wasting my time, and that I was going to wait at least 45 minutes to speak to a live voice.
