With all the skepticism about the extended auto service contract or (warranty) industry, it was very pleasing to contact such a professional sales representative as Jason S. Not only did he answer many and all of my concerns, but he went far beyond what most would do to provide the best customer service in the industry. After speaking with over a dozen sales representatives from other companies, I should know full well. There is a mistake in AAAutoProtection’s BBB rating per my brief conversation with Brett Hitchcock (president) and with an asset like Jason S., they should always rate A+. Jason gave me the best price and value available, for inevitable costly auto repairs.

My first experience with a claim was this week and I wanted to give a recap and ultimately a testimonial to your company. The “check engine” light came on and I took my 2007 Jeep to a Jeep dealer near my home. When I informed them that I had an aftermarket warranty they were a little skeptical and stated that I would be responsible for the repair if it wasn’t covered. Once the problem was diagnosed I called the claims dept and was informed that the service manager from the dealer needed to call and inform them of the repair needed as well as the estimate to do the repair.
There was a little bit of “phone tag” between the claims dept and the service manager so I called one of the supervisors at the claims dept and stated that this was my first experience with a claim and could he please call the dealer and get this claim started with no further delay? He said he would and within 30 minutes the service manager called and said that the repair was approved!
I called the dealer repair shop the following day and they stated that the car was completed but they were waiting for the warranty company to pay the bill. Again since it was my first experience I called the payment dept and asked if there was any hold up and the person that I spoke to assured me that they usually process and pay within 20 minutes. Before I could hang up the phone the service manager from the dealer was calling me to inform me that my warranty company had paid the claim and I was “ready to go.”
I am VERY impressed with your company and the warranty I purchased! I would HIGHLY recommend your company to anyone looking to buy a warranty. Buying a warranty online is a bit scary but the result speaks VOLUMES!

Just a short note to state my complete satisfaction with AA Auto Protection and the extended auto warranty that I purchased for my son’s 2005 Mazda 6 last year. He did have an issue with the transmission, and your company handled this very efficiently, supplying the repair shop with a low mileage used transmission that was installed in the vehicle and is performing to his complete satisfaction. I was very glad that I purchased this policy from your company, and am currently considering purchasing one for my wife’s vehicle, which will be out of manufactuurer’s warranty shortly.

I recently purchased an extended warranty from Mark. I just wanted to comment on his salesmanship and customer service. Mark has been very accommodating and patient with me in reference to my purchase. I am not an impulsive buyer/shopper. I did research on your company and information that was disturbing and/or not clear, I would email Mark for a response.
He was not pressuring or condescending… he was a a good salesman. Customer service is very important to me. Companies have lost my business because a representative was rude and/or incompetent.
This sale was made on the way that Mark professionally handled my skepticism and provided me with information that I felt was credible.
I am a hard sale and if Mark did it, he worked for it and deserve my business. Thank you.
I purchased an extended warranty the ” Marathon Premier” from AA Auto Protection for my 2004 Mercedes CL-500 in December of 2011. The policy’s administrator is Athens Administrative, LLC. I am impressed with their professionalism, and recently submitted a $1,500 claim which they approved without any issues! However, I would suggest waiting as long as possible after the 45 day pre-existing exclusionary period to submit any claims. I do recommend the ” Marathon Premier” plan!
When researching auto warranty coverage’s I was impressed by the wealth of information provided by the AA Auto Warranty representative. Not only did AA Auto Warranty provide the most competitively priced policy, they also gave me the information needed to make an educated purchase. Customer service rep was very helpful at explaining the different coverage’s and finding a policy that would fit my needs. I now have peace of mind that I will not be confronted with a financial crisis should an unexpected problem occur with my car. Thanks AA Auto Warranty, you’re the best!…….the best around, no one’s ever gonna keep you down, you’re the bessst……AROUND!!!
We bought a AA Auto warranty 1yr. ago and haven’t had any problems using it. It was accepted at the Chysler dealership in our area, no problem. The customer service dept. was very helpful too when we needed assistance using it for the 1st time.

Thank you for taking the time to educate me on how this works. I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I truly thought the BBB was a government agency who had my best interests in mind. When you showed me that accreditations were paid for that really surprised me. More people need to be educated about these things. I look at online rating sights in a whole new light now. Websites cost money. Someone is paying for these sites and that means they are making money by doing so. Thanks again!

Please note: Although customers may refer to “warranties” or “extended warranties”, the policies obtained from AA Auto Protection are vehicle service contracts. A vehicle service contract (VSC) is often referred to as an “extended warranty,” but it is not a warranty. A VSC does, however, provide repair coverage for your vehicle after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. A VSC is a contract between you and a VSC provider or administrator that states what is a covered repair and what is not. AA Auto Protection is a marketer of VSCs and does not sell warranties. VSCs sold by AA Auto Protection are agreements between consumers and third party VSC providers, not AA Auto Protection.
